Home Home Help Website My username / password does not work?

Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.  In other words if yourpassword was CaSeSeNsItIve and you type casesensitive the computer will not let you login.  Please check the email with your username to see if there are capital letters.  Passwords issued from the association will normally contain numbers - check that you are not confusing the number 1 and letter l or the numebr 0 and the letter O.

If you are still having problems logging in then click the 'Lost Password' link under the username field.  This will ask for your username and the email address you registered with the association and will then send you an email with a new password.

 

 If this does not work or you are still having problems then please send a message using the 'Contact Us' form to the webmaster and he will investigate the problem further.
