I requested a username and password, but it hasn't come...
I am a fully paid up member, and sent an email requesting a username and password to access the website and forum. My email included the requested sail no, boat name etc. But I haven't had a reply. What should I do? Sometimes emails like this go astray - perhaps caught by the spam filtering tools on our mail server or yours. Firstly if you have a junk mail box you should check there. (If you are having problems with heron emails being junked let us know - we may not be able to fix it but at least it helps to know where the problems are.)
If you are confident you haven't had a reply you can try two things. You could use the 'lost password' option to request a new password be sent to you by email. This will onyl work if your account has been created. Alternatively just drop us another email to chase it up. If that doesn't work its becasue something is going wrong (we would reply even if there was a known error) so I'm afraid you'll need to use snail mail or telephone to contact us for advice.
